Who We Are?

Apartments are located in the quiet town of Brodarica, 5 km from the historic city of Šibenik. Sea coast and the nearest beach are only a pleasant, four-minute walk from the front door.
The house was built in 2012 with the aim of providing quality tourist accommodation.

We offer four accommodation units- two on the ground floor and two on the first floor of the family house.
As hosts, we live on the second floor and are at your disposal during your stay.

The yard is partially surrounded by high stone walls that provide our guests with privacy, and it is decorated with lovely Mediterranean plants.

The barbecue and gazebo are a favorite place for socializing and partaking in Dalmatian specialties.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with cutlery and a grill, and guests also have a coffee machine at their disposal.

With the desire to improve the quality of accommodation, two years ago we added a new attraction: a swimming pool. This new addition to our facility has already become a favorite among our visitors, especially the youngest.

The pool is equipped with a heating and cooling system, providing a pleasant swimming experience regardless of the weather.

The outdoor shower enables refreshment at any time, as well as immediate showering before and after using the pool.

Children are welcome in our apartments! We have two sons, Gabriel and Duje so we know how important it is to have entertainment and facilities suitable for kids.
A trampoline and various toys are available during your stay.

Free parking is provided at the back of our garden, located next to the main entrance to the house.

My wife and I have been taking care of all aspects of renting accommodation together for years, from communication with guests to maintenance of the house and garden.
